Meeting Room - per hour £18.00

Children’s Parties - flat rate £80.00 (4 hours)

Adult Parties - flat rate £165.00 (2.00pm - 11.00pm)

A 20% discount on the above rates applies to residents of the Eton and Eton Wick Parish.

Terms and Conditions of Hire

  • Children’s parties 4-hour block booking
  • Adult’s parties between 2.00pm and 11.00pm.
  • Times include setting up and clearing up
  • No noise after 11.00pm, as we are in a residential area.
  • £100 damage and cleaning deposit is to be held on all lettings.
  • Subject to inspection after use, the deposit will be returned within 10 to 14 working days.
  • If the hall is not returned in the same state as at the beginning of the rental, cleaning will be charged at £20 per hour.
  • Hirers for charity events may be granted a 50% discount, provided that they can prove that at least 50% of the income is to be donated to the charity. The charity must supply a registration number to qualify for the discount.
  • Parking is available in nearby public car parks. Drop-off and pick-up only at Hall.
  • Footway must be kept clear.
